We are also Global Organic Textiles Standard (GOTS) Certified, meaning we can offer the most comprehensive organic certified, traceable materials to our clients with the GOTS certified seal. It also means that some clients can include the GOTS logo on their product labeling and packaging.

CASE STUDIES
In a 2019 collaboration with Bloomingdale’s, TO THE MARKET brought the work of eight TTM Maker Groups in Subsaharan Africa to the Style Kingdom Carousel. The collaboration provided these artisans, many of whom are women, with unprecedented access to the purchasing power of a leading U.S. retailer. Bloomingdale’s traveled with the TTM team to Kenya, and witnessed first hand the dignity of work - and the power it provides to uplift communities.
In 2022, we partnered with FabFitFun to produce almost 300,000 sets of 3 Dryer Balls made from 100% Organic New Zealand Wool, which is chemical-free and dye-free. Located in Nepal, this responsible factory's mission is to improve the quality of life of low-income groups through fair trade and reduce poverty by providing job opportunities to people of the rural Terai and Himalayan regions. They are 80% women operated and specialize in woven goods. Employees receive fair wages and have access to a safe and dignified work environment.
For Women's History Month, we collaborated on this curated collection, which includes accessories, home goods, and greeting cards, all made with ethical and sustainable practices in a women-owned factory in India. This factory provides a safe and secure working environment to their workers by ensuring fair treatment of workers. Women are given equal opportunity for upper management positions. They have completed the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (Higg Index) self-assessment and are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified.
