At TO THE MARKET, we are firm and enthusiastic supporters of dignity for all, and we are thrilled to celebrate Pride Month! We believe in a world where everyone can safely be themselves without risk to their wellbeing, education, ability to earn a living, or any life opportunity they dream of.
This Pride month, we’re so excited about the increasing visibility of LGBTQA+ joy. According to GLAAD, young people today are more likely to openly identify as LGBTQA+ than prior generations. In fact, 1 in 6 Gen Z adults identify as LGBTQA+.
To honor this month, we partnered with Gilt to source a beautiful, ethically produced Pride tote bag as part of the Gilt Pride Collection. The tote is sustainably and ethically made, and features vibrant rainbow lettering. It’s the perfect bag for running errands, picking up groceries, or lounging at the beach. (You can even take things to the next level by picking up a matching t-shirt!)
The best part? During the month of June, 100% of net proceeds from the sale of this tote and t-shirt will be donated to The Trevor Project, an organization dedicated to crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQA+ young people.
We’ve teamed up with ruegiltgroupelife, Rue Gilt Groupe’s behind-the-scenes Instagram account, to give away 3 of these totes! You can enter by following the account, liking their giveaway post, and creating an Instagram post sharing what Pride means to you or what makes you Proud. (Be sure to tag @ruegiltgroupelife in your post!) You can enter as many times as you want throughout the month of June - each Instagram post or story counts as an additional entry!
